June marked another strong month for Acura, with monthly sales up 30.9 percent from last June and year-to-date sales up 20.4 percent from this point a year ago, NJ Acura dealer, Park Avenue Acura announced.

Many Acura models enjoyed success in June, including the Acura ZDX, which made its debut this past winter.  As more customers are discovering the ZDX and its elegant blend of sedan style and crossover utility, the more difficult keeping the vehicle in stock has been for dealers.

The ZDX is available in three trim packages: the ZDX, ZDX with Technology Package, and the ZDX with Advance Package.

Among the standard features on the ZDX are the world’s longest panoramic glass roof, concealed rear door handles, and a hand-stitched leather dash, center console and door panels.

A 3.7-liter VTEC V-6 with 300 horsepower and 270 lb-ft of torque power the ZDX, though it is still able to achieve a class-leading EPA-rated fuel economy of 16 MPG city and 23 MPG highway. The 2010 Acura ZDX was reviewed by CNET and achieved an editors’ rating of 3 1/2 out of 4 stars, according to NJ Acura dealer Park Avenue.

The editors of CNET even gave the 2010 Acura ZDX a better rating than the BMW X6 M, a similar vehicle yet for sale at a much higher price.

“Suspension and all-wheel-drive technology give the 2010 Acura ZDX excellent cornering ability,” wrote the CNET editors. “The powerful audio system produces very good sounds, and iPod integration lets you request specific songs by voice command.”

The editors of CNET applauded the Acura ZDX for its sleek, distinctive yet practical design as well as its “luxurious cabin and easy driving character.”
